Salon policy.
Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with every service we provide. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Before your service
What we ask of you.
To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask:
- Please clearly ask for the service you would like to have.
- Let our team know if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before any service begins.
- While receiving your service, please share any feedback so we can meet your requirements straight away.
- Tell a member of our team immediately if you have any concerns about the salon, our staff or your service.
- Tell us immediately if you notice any abnormal reaction or condition affecting your nails.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for any accident involving a child during your treatment.
- We cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings while you are in the salon.
- Please do not bring food or drink onto the premises.
- No pets are allowed in the salon, with the exception of assistance and guide dogs.

Please remember — nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to them and they’ll look beautiful for weeks after your visit.
- Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
- Enhancements and gel-polish manicures are guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 48 hours, please call us to arrange a free repair.
- Any repair must be arranged within 5 days of your initial service.
- Repairs after 48 hours — including breakages, tears and corner breaks — will be charged.
- We cannot be held responsible for broken or infected nails once you have left the salon where this is due to negligence or not following our aftercare advice.
Peace of mind
Refunds & corrections.
No cash refunds will be given once you have left the salon — walking out of our door means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
- If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware before you pay. We will gladly adjust them to your satisfaction, or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
- No refunds will be given simply because you have changed your mind.
- We will correct any service at no cost to you, provided you tell us immediately after the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. If you are still not satisfied after we have corrected your nails and wish to request a refund, please write to us stating the reason, along with photographic evidence.
- Where a refund is accepted, it will be made by bank transfer within 30 days to your provided bank account.
